Description

  • Refine and standardize talent acquisition processes and programs
  • Evaluate workforce and recruiting trends through advanced statistical analysis
  • Investigate staffing patterns and broader workforce developments
  • Identify root causes behind emerging issues and operational concerns
  • Prepare workforce analyses, reports, and trend summaries
  • Design practical solutions that strengthen talent acquisition processes
  • Create measurement frameworks to monitor and manage process performance
  • Interpret data to clarify customer needs and support performance gains
  • Support initiatives that improve retention and shorten time to hire
  • Drive optimization of talent acquisition processes across the enterprise
  • Design talent acquisition procedures that align with specific business requirements
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Bring at least three years of professional experience
  • Be able to absorb substantial detailed data, interpret and synthesize findings, and understand the underlying information
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word, along with related software
  • Understand survey methodology, including survey design, content development, data collection, data analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis
  • Communicate clearly with strong writing and grammar skills
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
