The Home Depot is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Process Analyst to strengthen recruiting operations through workforce analytics and process improvement. This role focuses on standardizing procedures, improving retention, and reducing time to hire across the enterprise.

- Refine and standardize talent acquisition processes and programs
- Evaluate workforce and recruiting trends through advanced statistical analysis
- Investigate staffing patterns and broader workforce developments
- Identify root causes behind emerging issues and operational concerns
- Prepare workforce analyses, reports, and trend summaries
- Design practical solutions that strengthen talent acquisition processes
- Create measurement frameworks to monitor and manage process performance
- Interpret data to clarify customer needs and support performance gains
- Support initiatives that improve retention and shorten time to hire
- Drive optimization of talent acquisition processes across the enterprise
- Design talent acquisition procedures that align with specific business requirements
- Report directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition
आवश्यकताएँ
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Bring at least three years of professional experience
- Be able to absorb substantial detailed data, interpret and synthesize findings, and understand the underlying information
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word, along with related software
- Understand survey methodology, including survey design, content development, data collection, data analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis
- Communicate clearly with strong writing and grammar skills
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
