Senior Specialist, Client Service Data Insights and AI Analytics at BNY

Lead AI use-case delivery for BNY’s client-service practice by connecting business priorities with engineering execution, governance, testing, and measurable outcomes.

Description

  • Serve as the practice area’s primary business representative within an AI delivery micro-pod
  • Work with engineers to deliver AI use cases
  • Develop and manage the practice-level pipeline of AI opportunities
  • Identify and prioritize business problems with the greatest potential value
  • Convert business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and success criteria
  • Coordinate business testing and readiness for implementation
  • Own end-to-end pod delivery from the business perspective
  • Align stakeholders, make decisions, resolve issues, and deliver against milestones
  • Initiate and complete AI governance activities within 60 days of project launch
  • Track post-implementation outcomes through evidence of business impact, added capacity, or improved efficiency

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of a practice area and credibility across operations, controls, client service, or a comparable SDG function
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Four to five years of total professional experience preferred
  • Ability to turn business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and success criteria
  • Ability to coordinate business testing and implementation readiness
  • Ability to initiate and complete required AI governance within 60 days of project launch
