Description

  • Lead complex strategic process design and optimization initiatives from planning through completion
  • Support business transformation programs across Capital Group
  • Improve scalability and efficiency across critical operational processes
  • Manage and develop process optimization professionals
  • Expand capabilities and capacity within the Process Design and Optimization practice
  • Guide decision-making and alignment with customers and stakeholders
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations throughout engagements
  • Design and facilitate consultative engagement methods
  • Deliver benefits realization, governance, change management, and Enterprise Change Office practice engagement
  • Partner with Enterprise Change Office specialists across Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology

Requirements

  • 10+ years in management consulting or transformation leadership, or 15+ years in business analysis, end-to-end process design, re-engineering, optimization, workflow solutions, or robotic process automation for complex initiatives
  • At least five years of experience managing people
  • Proven ability to lead senior practitioners and build associates’ skills and capabilities
  • Strategic experience defining transformation scope, priorities, sequencing, success measures, working methods, and problem-solving approaches
  • Experience applying change management practices in agile environments
  • Ability to assess complex challenges and produce well-reasoned recommendations with persuasive visual and written materials
  • Advanced communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience partnering with technology teams during projects or transformation initiatives
  • Ability to establish, strengthen, and expand relationships with clients, colleagues, and shared services teams
  • Proficiency with AI tools and practical experience integrating them into daily work
  • Several years of experience and a strong working knowledge of the asset management industry
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and focused on delivering measurable business value
  • Preferred: familiarity with process transformation frameworks
  • Preferred: experience with Human-Centered Design or Design Thinking frameworks
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and process improvement expertise
  • Preferred: experience applying business process management frameworks
  • Preferred: recent leadership of Procurement-related transformation initiatives
