Remote Sales Support Specialist — Philippines
Support New Era Technology’s sales team with quotes, renewals, orders, and procurement. Maintain ConnectWise records while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Description
- Provide routine administrative and operational assistance to the sales team.
- Prepare and process customer quotations, orders, renewals, and related paperwork.
- Administer license agreements, subscriptions, and renewals in ConnectWise.
- Handle procurement tasks, from placing orders and receiving goods to arranging delivery.
- Track inventory levels and movements, and help conduct stock counts when needed.
- Follow up with suppliers on orders and backorders, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Help customers and colleagues resolve warranty claims and product questions.
- Keep customer, agreement, and sales activity information accurate in ConnectWise.
- Refer pricing, delivery, and service concerns to the appropriate Account Manager.
- Keep up with developments in technology, products, and the industry.
- Take on other tasks that support sales and operations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in sales support or a similar position.
- Experience preparing quotes, handling renewals, and processing orders.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office and CRM or other business systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Well organized, with careful attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, dependable, and collaborative.
- Good problem-solving and numeracy skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- IT industry experience is a plus.
- Relevant qualifications or vendor certifications are an advantage.
