Part-Time Remote Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

Coordinate healthcare staffing assignments, open shifts, and client communications in this part-time remote role. Support field staff, approved suppliers, and facility customers during nights and weekends.

Description

  • Provide first-line support to field staff, approved suppliers, and facility customers.
  • Complete work promptly and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Work with clients to identify their staffing needs.
  • Offer facility assignments to qualified field staff or approved suppliers.
  • Coordinate staffing between clients, field staff, and approved suppliers by phone, email, and staffing platforms.
  • Manage open orders and fill unstaffed shifts with qualified personnel.
  • Send timely updates to field staff, approved suppliers, and facility customers.
  • Monitor staffing schedules for discrepancies and report recurring patterns to managers or the local office as needed.
  • Build strong working relationships between clients and field personnel.
  • Resolve concerns raised by field staff or clients promptly.
  • Represent the company by meeting its standards of excellence.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience; staffing industry experience is preferred.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Database or automated program experience is a plus.
  • Previous healthcare or call center experience is preferred.
  • Have a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential job functions.
  • Be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
