Market Manager, Hotel Partnerships – Recife

Manage strategic hotel accounts for Decolar, supporting commercial performance across Latin America’s travel platform. Negotiate rates, media, inventory, and portfolio growth.

Description

  • Build executive relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and revenue teams as a trusted portfolio advisor
  • Manage the full hotel portfolio, accountable for revenue, market share, conversion, and retention
  • Negotiate rates, inventory, paid media, promotions, and commercial terms
  • Secure annual agreements, tactical campaigns, and placement on high-conversion pages
  • Share market insights, benchmarks, and consultative positioning recommendations
  • Lead business reviews and optimization calls, with measurable action plans and executive follow-up
  • Develop data-driven analyses using Excel, Metabase, and Power BI
  • Use data to guide weekly commercial decisions
  • Turn product, pricing, and distribution updates into tangible gains for hotels
  • Share market signals with product, revenue, and operations teams to influence the roadmap
  • Represent Decolar at trade shows, events, and field visits
  • Develop local engagement projects and commercial activations
  • Connect the market with Decolar’s internal teams

Requirements

  • 6–10 years managing a consultative B2B portfolio in travel technology, online hospitality, SaaS, digital media, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Record of meeting quarterly and annual targets, with measurable results in revenue, market share, or retention
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined portfolio management
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Metabase skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of online hotel distribution, including channel managers, APIs, pricing, revenue management, and inventory management
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically, with a record of delivering in ambiguous environments
  • Autonomous, accountable, self-sufficient, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Available for frequent travel within the assigned region
  • Native Portuguese
  • English proficiency required
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Interest in travel and online hospitality
