Sales Operations Analyst at Atos

Support Atos’s North American sales operations through forecasting, CRM governance, dashboards, and process automation. Turn sales data into insights that guide executive decisions and growth initiatives.

Description

  • Work with Sales and Finance leaders to assess North American operations and implement scalable improvements.
  • Support go-to-market execution through forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, performance tracking, and sales governance.
  • Turn complex business data into actionable insights for executive decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Track sales performance indicators and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain pipeline governance practices.
  • Run weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal review meetings.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts using historical trends, scenario models, and business intelligence tools.
  • Identify deal risks, revenue opportunities, and pipeline trends.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports with Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
  • Show sales performance, pipeline health, forecast trends, seller productivity, and operational metrics.
  • Support executive business reviews with reporting, analysis, and strategic insights.
  • Create and maintain KPI scorecards and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, governance compliance, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Lead data quality initiatives.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for CRM workflows, forecasting, and reporting methods.
  • Train sales teams and share best practices.
  • Find ways to automate reporting and operational processes using Power Automate and similar tools.
  • Use AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve reporting efficiency, identify deal risks and trends, and speed up root-cause analysis.
  • Support technology adoption and ongoing improvements to scalability and efficiency.
  • Combine Salesforce data with advanced Excel or Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Connect CRM data to Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Support annual operating plans, quota management, territory alignment, and capacity planning.
  • Recommend sales coverage models, resource allocation, and revenue plans.
  • Help leaders assess business performance and operational readiness across market segments.
  • Facilitate structured reviews of major strategic deals and complex sales pursuits.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in sales operations analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Expertise with CRM systems, business intelligence tools, forecasting methods, and sales process optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Power BI and other analytics platforms.
  • Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, performance tracking, and sales governance.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • SQL skills.
  • Experience connecting CRM data to Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate or similar automation tools.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of quota management, territory alignment, capacity planning, and revenue planning.
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ability to build executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to maintain CRM data integrity, governance compliance, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to train sales teams and provide best-practice guidance.
