Internal Operations Manager – Remote in the Philippines

Description

  • Lead daily internal operations, keeping workflows efficient, documented, and free of gaps
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, performance dashboards, and departmental process documentation
  • Resolve bottlenecks and communication issues across recruitment, finance, and marketing
  • Administer tools and data tracking in Notion, Airtable, and Slack
  • Manage internal team members and enforce performance metrics and activity targets
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking team performance
  • Conduct structured daily or weekly check-ins and ensure consistent progress toward targets
  • Oversee SDR and outbound workflows, including activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and cadence management
  • Establish and enforce outreach standards, scripts, and quality benchmarks
  • Analyze SDR performance data and deliver structured coaching and feedback
  • Coordinate target communication and tracking between SDR leads and company leadership
  • Support onboarding, internal reporting, and weekly operations meetings
  • Provide leadership with timely insights into performance, blockers, and operational risks
  • Keep internal records accurate and organized
  • Complete the multi-stage hiring process, including interviews, assessments, and background or reference checks

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration
  • Demonstrated experience managing SDRs or outbound sales teams in a BPO or comparable high-volume environment
  • A proven record of creating and enforcing performance accountability systems for distributed teams
  • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills, supported by disciplined documentation practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience using Notion, Airtable, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with limited oversight
  • Availability during US business hours
  • An updated resume
  • A one- to two-minute Loom video introducing yourself and outlining your operations and team management experience
  • Submission of a Loom video is required to advance in the hiring process
