Fraud Analyst, 1-Year Contract at YouTrip
Review fraud alerts and disputed card transactions for YouTrip’s consumer and business segments across Singapore and regional markets. Investigate emerging fraud risks while helping protect customers and reduce financial losses.
Description
- Review fraud alerts through the Fraud Monitoring System for consumer and business customers in Singapore and regional markets.
- Investigate disputed cardholder transactions, determine appropriate actions, and balance loss prevention with customer experience.
- Work with internal business teams to support efficient processes, customer satisfaction, and the protection of company and user interests.
- Detect emerging fraud patterns, fraudulent merchants, and merchant or acquirer compromise points, then report findings to the Team Lead for remediation.
- Complete ad hoc compliance activities as required.
Requirements
- Bring a strong interest in fraud prevention, sound investigative judgment, and a consistent focus on detecting fraudulent transactions.
- Apply analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills to complex business issues, with demonstrated analytical thinking and close attention to detail.
- Understand traveller psychology, overseas spending behaviour, and the risks associated with international travel and payments.
- Take initiative by proposing and implementing practical solutions to complex business problems while working effectively under tight deadlines.
