Executive Assistant – EY, Taguig (Onsite)

Office-based Executive Assistant supporting EY executives in Australia and New Zealand with calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and administrative operations. The role serves EY member firms through its global professional services network.

Description

  • Deliver high-quality administrative and operational support to EY member firms
  • Provide office-based remote assistance to senior executives in Australia and New Zealand
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and diary commitments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review, respond to, and action email communications
  • Coordinate flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and other travel arrangements
  • Monitor and submit expenses for reimbursement and payment requisitions
  • Organize event logistics, invitations, and RSVP tracking
  • Record and submit executives’ worked hours by weekly deadlines
  • Receive, relay, action, and transfer telephone messages and calls
  • Develop effective working relationships with clients and their executive assistants
  • Maintain and update lists in EY’s database
  • Monitor information and prepare reports on clients and markets
  • Work closely with virtual and local executive assistant teams in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or college degree in any field
  • At least two years of experience in executive assistance, secretarial work, administrative assistance, or a comparable area is preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience involving multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Above-average written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to support multiple executives and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to work an early morning shift
  • Strong time-management and workload-prioritization skills
  • Confidence interacting with executives
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Collaborative team-player mindset and willingness to support colleagues
