Clinical Research Associate – Canada Remote

Monitor sponsor-dedicated clinical trials for ICON, a global clinical research organization. Support protocol compliance, reliable data, and patient safety across Canadian trial sites.

Description

  • Manage site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
  • Maintain protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout each study.
  • Partner with investigators and site teams to support efficient study execution.
  • Review clinical data and resolve queries to uphold data quality.
  • Help prepare and review study materials, including protocols and clinical study reports.
  • Support clinical trial design and analysis, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to the development of new treatments.
  • Own assigned deliverables while working collaboratively within a sponsor-dedicated model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
  • At least two years of Clinical Research Associate experience.
  • Detailed understanding of clinical trial operations, applicable regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities with careful attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
