Bilingual Document Specialist - Waterloo Hybrid

Description
- Process new business and revision documents accurately and on schedule
- Draft and update client contracts and employee handbooks
- Handle questions from internal business partners
- Review plan designs, clarify details, and confirm accurate outcomes
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable system configurations
- Work with Service Representatives, Implementation Specialists, and Advisors to clarify plan requirements
- Balance competing priorities in a cross-functional work environment
- Investigate and resolve escalated concerns and complaints
- Set and negotiate delivery dates aligned with customer expectations
- Contribute to projects as required
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated customer service ability
- Analytical mindset with close attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Negotiation ability focused on practical outcomes and solution development
- Well organized and capable of managing multiple tasks against deadlines
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively
- Able to perform under pressure, respond to customer needs, and adapt to change
- Familiarity with Group Benefits is preferred
- Understanding of Plan Administration systems and their interdependencies is preferred
