Account Coordinator – OPENLANE

Support customer accounts and inquiries for OPENLANE’s digital used-vehicle marketplace. Process PAR queue accounts, contact customers and vendors, and coordinate service across teams.

Description

  • Process accounts in PAR’s internal queue in line with service level agreements
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Call customers and recovery vendors as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet customer service targets
  • Gather and share complete, accurate information using the appropriate tools and procedures
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Deliver high-quality customer support

Requirements

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Manage accounts effectively and provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation
  • Work independently and efficiently while meeting internal and external deadlines
  • Use computer systems and Google Workspace applications proficiently
  • Experience with web technology is preferred
  • Further experience in finance or the automotive industry is preferred
