Account Coordinator – OPENLANE
Support customer accounts and inquiries for OPENLANE’s digital used-vehicle marketplace. Process PAR queue accounts, contact customers and vendors, and coordinate service across teams.
Tavsif
- Process accounts in PAR’s internal queue in line with service level agreements
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Call customers and recovery vendors as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer service targets
- Gather and share complete, accurate information using the appropriate tools and procedures
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Deliver high-quality customer support
Talablar
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Manage accounts effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation
- Work independently and efficiently while meeting internal and external deadlines
- Use computer systems and Google Workspace applications proficiently
- Experience with web technology is preferred
- Further experience in finance or the automotive industry is preferred
