- Contact business owners with annual revenues of $500,000 to $4 million through outbound calls using American Express target lists
- Conduct consultative phone conversations with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend suitable American Express Business products
- Maintain strong knowledge of American Express Small Business products and clearly explain relevant features and benefits
- Manage and advance the prospective-customer pipeline effectively
- Strengthen sales skills by building rapport, identifying customer needs, addressing objections, and closing opportunities
- Follow Blue Box Values, GCS Sales Practices, standard operating procedures, and American Express Leadership Behaviors
- Promote compliance across US SME and GCS
आवश्यकताएँ
- Previous inside-sales experience with outbound calling is preferred
- Cold-calling experience is advantageous
- A consistent history of developing and maintaining business relationships is preferred
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is preferred
- Financial and business acumen are preferred
- Familiarity with different sales cycles and pipeline stages is preferred
- Ability to work across multiple digital platforms and web-based tools
- Strong listening skills and a consultative approach to client conversations are preferred
- Excellent phone communication skills, including adapting messages for audiences at different levels, are preferred
- Must be eligible to work for American Express in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
