Talent Partner – ABB (Hybrid, Cary or Houston)
ABB is hiring a Talent Partner to shape recruitment strategy and lead full-cycle hiring for its global industrial technology business. This hybrid role is based in Cary, North Carolina, or Houston, Texas.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to build recruitment strategies that support workforce plans and business priorities
- Attract and engage qualified candidates through internal mobility, external recruiting channels, and targeted sourcing
- Own end-to-end recruiting, from screening and interviews through candidate communications and interview scheduling
- Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and complete
- Monitor and report recruitment performance metrics
- Provide a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience from requisition approval through onboarding
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least five years of experience
- Professional talent acquisition experience in a high-performing global organization or an RPO or comparable environment is preferred
- Full-cycle recruiting experience spanning job intake, sourcing and marketing plans, candidate outreach and development, and offer negotiation and closing
- Workday experience is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to apply recruiting strategies and techniques across digital and social media channels
- Strategic understanding of US business drivers and talent acquisition and advancement trends
- Experience collaborating across cultures and with stakeholders from multiple functions
- Ability to build networks with and influence senior business and HR leaders worldwide
- Outstanding communication, customer service, consulting, and influencing capabilities
- Existing US work authorization that permits employment with ABB is required
