- Place outbound calls through an automated phone system to prospects responding to ADT marketing and partner campaigns
- Engage prospective customers and confirm that they meet the required criteria
- Transfer qualified customers to an Inbound Sales Specialist
- Use clear verbal communication and targeted rebuttals to address objections
- Show empathy and assess customer needs through attentive listening
- Record call outcomes and statuses in the phone system
- Remain available to engage with prospective customers
- Follow company compliance requirements and quality standards
- Deliver customer service while managing a high volume of outbound calls

- Reside in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have basic computer skills
- Complete and pass a pre-employment drug and background check
- Have high-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speeds
- Access the internet exclusively through an Ethernet connection
- Sales experience is preferred
- Over-the-phone call center experience is preferred
- Demonstrate strong communication, listening, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Work independently in a commission-based environment
- Take initiative and remain motivated by personal goal achievement
- Use a strong business vocabulary
- Follow team agendas, policies, and guidelines strictly
