Remote Chief of Staff to the CEO (Integrator)

Serve as NexScale’s EOS Integrator, partnering with the CEO to align priorities, customers, partners, product, and operations at an AI company for wellness and fitness businesses.

  • Set and manage quarterly Rocks with the CEO.
  • Keep the Vision/Traction Organizer current alongside the CEO.
  • Provide candid perspective and strategic support to the CEO.
  • Resolve trade-offs and cross-functional tension, and align the leadership team.
  • Prepare the CEO for partner meetings, negotiations, and decisions.
  • Lead day-to-day operations for customer and partner relationships.
  • Track and deliver on customer and partner commitments.
  • Turn customer and partner feedback into company priorities and roadmap input.
  • Assign owners, milestones, and outcomes across technology, product, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate technology, product, and leadership teams.
  • Deliver high-priority work on time and to customer standards.
  • Lead the EOS rollout as Integrator, working alongside the CEO as Visionary.
  • Run weekly Level 10 leadership meetings and manage the company Scorecard.
  • Develop an operating model that can scale.
  • Create self-improving AI workflows across functions.
  • Use AI agents to support Scorecards, Rock tracking, and meeting preparation.
  • Build a repeatable revenue channel through CRM and platform partnerships.
  • Improve customer onboarding, demonstrated value, and reference-customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a unified product roadmap and reliable delivery cadence.
  • Apply operating discipline to expansion across Canada and into the US.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Background as a CEO, COO, CPO, general manager, or senior functional leader.
  • 15 or more years of experience in software.
  • Record of scaling companies or major functions, ideally in founder-led, high-growth settings.
  • Experience translating strategy into cross-functional execution and maintaining priorities with calm authority.
  • Experience as a trusted partner to founders, with a direct, candid approach and commitment to their success.
  • Fluency with AI agents, including daily use, workflow building, and designing self-improving loops.
  • Commercial judgment and product knowledge.
  • Comfort with revenue, partnerships, and customer success.
  • Ability to work credibly with engineers on technical trade-offs.
  • B2B SaaS or wellness, fitness, and health industry experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work remotely from Canada or the US.
