Chief of Staff, North America
Guide leadership alignment, KPI reporting, and strategic execution across RHI Magnesita’s North American refractory products business. Partner with the President and regional leadership team to coordinate priorities and performance.

- Coordinate the North America Leadership Team’s operating rhythm, priorities, and deliverables
- Prepare leaders for business reviews, strategy discussions, and executive meetings
- Track commitments, deadlines, actions, and follow-through across the organization
- Spot execution risks, gaps, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
- Work with the President to strengthen leadership alignment, communication, and organizational effectiveness
- Keep critical priorities visible and sustain progress across functions
- Coordinate KPI processes and support monthly business reviews
- Compile business results, performance metrics, and operational updates for executive reporting
- Assess trends, opportunities, and risks, and share insights to inform decisions
- Support goal setting and track progress against strategic priorities
- Create executive presentations, leadership communications, and business narratives
- Support strategic projects and monitor milestones and objectives
- Facilitate leadership meetings, record decisions, and track commitments
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain leaders to align work and execution
- Advance initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, collaboration, and business performance
- Support regional priorities and transformation initiatives
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, analytics, consulting, project management, finance, or a related field
- Experience supporting senior leaders, executive teams, or cross-functional business initiatives
- Strong analytical ability to turn data and KPIs into business insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational organizations is a plus
