Chief of Staff, Go-to-Market
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Solink’s cloud video security platform. Partner with the CRO to scale revenue operations and coordinate growth across teams.

- Turn company strategy into clear go-to-market goals, priorities, and operating plans
- Run leadership meetings, business reviews, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and accountability processes
- Take cross-functional programs from definition through delivery
- Clear dependencies and track measurable results for strategic initiatives
- Help the CRO focus attention and prepare for key decisions
- Distill complex information and ensure teams follow through
- Spot organizational, process, and operating gaps
- Work with go-to-market and company leaders to improve effectiveness
- Own major go-to-market initiatives and transformations with autonomy
- Shape VP- and C-level decisions with sound judgment and clear recommendations
- Develop cross-functional systems, operating models, and frameworks to support go-to-market growth
- Bring senior stakeholders together around critical priorities and resolve competing goals and obstacles
- Coach and advise leaders and senior contributors
- Share external perspectives on market, technology, and operating changes with Solink
आवश्यकताएँ
- Substantial experience in go-to-market strategy, strategy and operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a chief of staff position at a growing B2B technology company
- Experience working directly with executives and influencing senior leaders across functions
- Proven ability to turn strategy into defined priorities, operating plans, and measurable results
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills
- Able to use financial and operational data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to clarify complex issues, offer constructive challenges, and build alignment without direct authority
- Experience working directly with a CRO or another C-suite executive is preferred
- Experience scaling a multi-function go-to-market organization through major growth or transformation is preferred
- Experience in sales, customer success, marketing, channel, or revenue operations is preferred
- Experience with direct and channel-led go-to-market models is preferred
- Experience in physical security, video intelligence, multi-location businesses, or hardware-enabled SaaS is preferred
- Must pass a criminal records check upon hire
- Must be a Canadian citizen, including dual citizens, or eligible to work in Canada
- Must follow Solink security policies and standards
