- Develop and improve internal systems, policies, and processes for a growing remote company.
- Manage daily operational decisions and execution.
- Represent the CEO and other leaders, run meetings, move projects forward, and make decisions within delegated authority.
- Guide internal initiatives from initial idea to completion.
- Coordinate stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and turn decisions into action.
- Join leadership meetings and manage complex, sensitive matters.
- Lead and develop a small internal operations team.
- Oversee administration, people operations support, company events, and employee experience programs.
- Create all-hands presentations, leadership updates, and company communications.
- Spot recurring friction, unclear ownership, and operational risks, then develop durable solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated success owning complex operations or cross-functional initiatives and delivering strong results with limited oversight.
