  • Maintain workforce trackers, dashboards, and reporting standards for utilization, attendance, readiness, and contractor labor metrics.
  • Combine schedules, skill requirements, and deployment timelines into forward-looking capacity models.
  • Compare planned and actual staffing across internal and contractor teams.
  • Identify coverage gaps, attendance patterns, and resource risks.
  • Verify labor hours, travel premiums, per diems, and contractor timecards for accounts payable reconciliation, invoice disputes, and cost monitoring.
  • Document operational constraints such as staffing shortages, badging delays, and timekeeping inaccuracies.
  • Escalate root causes to support timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular workforce management reviews and present metrics, root-cause findings, and action plans to account leadership.
  • Monitor third-party labor availability, site access readiness, onboarding progress, and replacement needs.
  • Improve workforce reporting, timekeeping reconciliation, and capacity forecasting tools.
  • Act as the primary workforce data liaison for PMO, WFM, Finance, site leadership, and external partners.
  • Provide actionable analysis of labor utilization, coverage gaps, and deployment readiness.
  • Advance company values and strategic priorities through disciplined operations, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least seven years of experience in workforce management, resource management, workforce analytics, labor planning, project controls, operations analysis, contractor workforce coordination, or a related resource-management discipline.
  • Experience supporting several accounts and large resource pools, including 24/7 operations and workforces exceeding 1,000 employees, contractors, or partner-provided resources.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize deliverables in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel.
  • Working proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with WFM or ERP-based resource planning systems.
  • Ability to reconcile timecards, project plans, and contractor logs into accurate reporting suitable for executive review.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
