Support RTX’s aerospace and defense workforce through HR advisory services, complex case management, and operational improvement. This full-time hybrid position is based within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, or Farmington, Connecticut.

- Support four HR operations areas: Advisory and Engagement, Complex Case Management, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Collaboration
- Assist employees and managers through calls, chats, and cases in a contact center setting
- Assess employee and manager needs and explain company policies and self-service options
- Help resolve complex employee concerns
- Research HR matters while handling sensitive information with sound professional judgment
- Contribute to process recommendations and operational improvement initiatives
- Help enhance the employee experience and improve operational and service delivery workflows
- Partner with U.S. People Services teams to provide a consistent stakeholder experience
- Use insights to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement
आवश्यकताएँ
- A university degree or equivalent experience is typically required
- Professional experience demonstrating problem-solving and customer-focused service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship from the company
- Prior experience in human resources or a customer-facing service environment
- Knowledge of HR policies or a specialty such as compensation, benefits, payroll, talent management, or employee relations
- Experience supporting internal or external customers by phone or chat in a contact center environment
- Experience using HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including empathy and supportive guidance
- Careful attention to detail and effective organization when managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Residence within commuting distance of Farmington, Connecticut, or Cedar Rapids, Iowa
