  • Deliver responsive, efficient, and high-quality customer service
  • Prepare freight charge quotations for shippers and consignees when required
  • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, and in person
  • Track and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and claims
  • Work with relevant departments to address operational issues
  • Provide customers with pre-claim information and progress updates
  • Escalate irregularities to supervisors and report on subcontractor service quality and standards
  • Send shipping advice to overseas stations
  • Complete other duties assigned by management
  • Provide team coverage and support when needed

  • Escalate irregularities and operational issues to supervisors
  • Check customer credit terms and current credit status
  • Compile customer statistics and operational reports
  • Prepare waybills, warehouse advice, trucking orders, invoices, and other documents requested by customers
  • Complete invoicing, invoice checks and posting, and job costing activities
  • Maintain accurate Track and Trace updates
