EXER Technical Services Agent — Hybrid in El Segundo
Deliver help desk and onsite IT support for EXER clinics and corporate offices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-system issues across Southern California.

- Deliver daily internal IT help desk support and customer service to EXER staff in clinics and corporate offices.
- Diagnose software and hardware failures and investigate network issues affecting computers, peripherals, phones, and payment systems.
- Resolve network, connectivity, and printing problems through troubleshooting and repair.
- Coordinate external support vendors to address technical issues.
- Monitor, assign, and close IT help desk tickets.
- Create and decommission user accounts.
- Install, test, and configure workstations, peripherals, and software.
- Assist with installing and configuring routers, switches, network hubs, and other network equipment.
- Install and test computers, phones, and peripherals for new clinic openings.
- Keep software and hardware inventory records accurate.
- Develop process improvements that increase efficiency, organization, and accuracy.
- Travel throughout LA, Ventura, and Orange counties for onsite break/fix repairs, training, implementations, decommissioning, and related duties.
- Occasionally travel to other counties and clinics.
- Complete additional duties and projects assigned by the Technology Services Director.

- Entry-level opportunity for candidates with demonstrated IT experience or the aptitude to build further technical skills.
- Advanced IT education or equivalent practical experience is strongly preferred.
- At least one year of directly related IT service support experience or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity troubleshooting and repairing business peripherals, including copiers, printers, and scanners, both remotely and onsite.
- Demonstrated customer service and technical support experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to company needs.
- Ability to rapidly develop skills and knowledge when handling unfamiliar challenges.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and a range of software packages.
- Experience using current versions of Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for regular onsite support travel.
- Availability for some evening, weekend, and holiday work as part of a team providing coverage from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, 363 days per year.
