- Experience leading software engineering teams, with responsibility for people leadership, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Background delivering complex technology initiatives across multiple teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Ability to convert strategic business priorities into engineering roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable results.
- Solid knowledge of Agile principles, modern software delivery, and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and competing demands across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to explain technical concepts, trade-offs, and delivery status clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices spanning cloud technologies, APIs, application development, CI/CD, system reliability, and security.
- Experience guiding teams through organizational, process, or technology change.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and inclusive team environments.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Experience with every listed technology is not required; comparable enterprise technology experience is welcomed.
