Administrative Assistant supporting IT documentation, users, equipment, vendors, and departmental processes at Quality Digital. Contract position, fully remote in Brazil.

- Maintain technical documentation and prepare reports
- Schedule meetings and keep calendars current
- Support the administration of IT contracts and vendor relationships
- Deliver technical support to employees
- Assist with the responsible department’s operational processes
- Track and manage equipment and software inventory
- Help procure new equipment and services
- Handle employees’ IT-related questions and requests
- Help resolve basic technical problems
- Maintain current records of IT processes and procedures
- Create and revise user manuals and technical documentation

- Experience managing technical documentation and reports
- Experience organizing meetings and maintaining calendars
- Experience supporting IT contracts and vendor management
- Ability to provide technical support
- Ability to support the responsible department’s processes
- Experience monitoring equipment and software inventory
- Ability to assist with purchasing equipment and services
- Ability to respond to employees’ IT questions and requests
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to maintain IT process and procedure records
- Ability to create and update user manuals and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- A university degree is preferred
- Ability to write clear, concise technical documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proactive, committed, and personable approach
- Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a 1.5-hour lunch break
