Tavsif

  • Lead the complete hiring process across six Pennsylvania franchise locations, including intake meetings, role design, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for restoration, management, and field operations positions through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, cold outreach, and local trade networks.
  • Partner with Franchise Managers and senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and improve selection workflows.
  • Refine interview structures, recruiting trackers, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Retention metrics to strengthen talent strategies and support bonus potential.
  • Lead talent acquisition, pipeline development, hiring, and employer-brand initiatives across all six Pennsylvania locations.

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Direct recruiting experience in restoration, construction, trades, logistics, or multi-location field services is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage exempt and non-exempt hiring across multiple operational or franchise locations at the same time.
  • Must live and work strictly within Eastern Standard Time hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Self-directed, metrics-oriented approach to work.
  • Resume must demonstrate full-cycle recruiting experience and relevant industry background.
