Product Manager, Student Loan Benefits Platform — Philadelphia Hybrid
Lead product strategy and execution for PeopleJoy’s education and student loan benefits advisory platform. Own discovery, roadmap planning, launches, adoption, and cross-functional delivery.
Tavsif
- Align the advisory product roadmap with company strategy and senior leadership
- Research needs with borrowers, HR and benefits teams, and client stakeholders
- Lead product work for new client implementations in partnership with the Account Manager
- Own, write, refine, and prioritize the backlog and user stories
- Set sprint scope and priorities
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and client success
- Plan launches, establish success metrics, and measure adoption and feedback
- Track competitors and developments in the PSLF policy landscape
- Resolve day-to-day engineering scope questions and product edge cases
- Define clear quarterly roadmap objectives
- Prioritize features that improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Deliver timely releases with strong quality control
- Monitor and assess product OKRs and KPIs
- Facilitate weekly product design reviews with key stakeholders
- Give actionable feedback to development and design teams
- Support sales efforts for new business and renewals
