- Align the advisory product roadmap with company strategy and senior leadership
- Research needs with borrowers, HR and benefits teams, and client stakeholders
- Lead product work for new client implementations in partnership with the Account Manager
- Own, write, refine, and prioritize the backlog and user stories
- Set sprint scope and priorities
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and client success
