Handle enterprise hardware and software incidents for DATAGROUP, a German IT services provider. Support users remotely and manage tickets in Hamburg.
Tavsif
- Handle incoming software and hardware incidents in an enterprise customer environment.
- Prioritize, classify, and document incidents in the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot issues and initiate appropriate steps.
- Provide first-line assistance and resolve issues through remote support.
- Escalate incidents to downstream support teams when needed.
Talablar
- Completed IT vocational training or professional experience in an IT support environment.
- Very good written and spoken German skills at C1 level or higher.
- Good English skills are an advantage.
- Confident use of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong interest in IT.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
