Tavsif

  • Lead business intelligence, analytics, client reporting, account technology, and performance support programs
  • Convert client objectives into information management and business intelligence strategies for each service line
  • Build data management, interpretation, predictive modeling, and simulation capabilities for the account team
  • Oversee contractual KPI, reporting, and client-expectation requirements
  • Facilitate best-practice sharing among JLL, the account, and the wider industry
  • Create and advance effective data visualization approaches
  • Manage the account and client relationship with JLLT
  • Support information security compliance across JLL technology, account, and platform implementations
  • Serve as program manager for technology projects and initiatives
  • Identify savings and improvement opportunities while developing innovative solutions to problems
  • Deliver regular reports and updates to clients and colleagues
  • Lead client performance reviews with functional, leadership, and executive stakeholders
  • Communicate the value and success of delivered work to clients
  • Conduct strategic planning across service lines and the account
  • Design, implement, and manage regional and global KPI and SLA administration programs
  • Work with suppliers, clients, and JLL colleagues to develop KPI structures
  • Manage and coach employees while supporting talent recruitment, attraction, and retention
  • Engage senior management, vendors, and JLL personnel across a global client real estate organization
  • Participate in quality-control initiatives and procedures
  • Own and support JLL internal reporting deliverables and systems, including Nexus
  • Complete other assigned duties and tasks

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical ability, including proactive issue identification and development of solutions and contingency plans
  • Experience or demonstrated capability in process management
  • Results-oriented approach with the ability to analyze, act, and implement plans that achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills
  • Client relationship management experience and credibility with senior executive-level clients
  • Team-building experience with geographically dispersed stakeholders and collaborators
  • Ability to adapt to regional, cultural, and contextual differences
  • Experience extrapolating and visualizing data to produce actionable intelligence
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, including SharePoint, PowerPivot, and PowerView
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Corrigo
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
  • An MBA or master’s degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field is advantageous
  • Experience working with global organizations
  • Experience managing processes across multiple global regions
  • Experience with MiniTab, Sigma Excel, JMP, Access, SAS, other statistical tools, SQL, and query development is a plus
  • IFMA Certified Facility Manager certification or similar
