Tavsif

  • Oversee program operations to meet agreed savings targets and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate service supply chain work, including demand planning, ROI analysis, pricing, purchase order requests, delivery scheduling, and operational readiness.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective action.
  • Review and approve partner spending in line with established controls and timelines.
  • Manage service partner and vendor performance against cost, quality, turnaround time, and service-level targets.
  • Review performance with partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, and management teams.
  • Handle operational escalations and drive timely resolution through structured problem-solving and follow-up.
  • Analyze performance data, operational trends, and cost impacts to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc KPI reports, dashboards, management presentations, and business updates.
  • Keep program documentation and SharePoint content accurate and up to date.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across India and APJ.
  • Run operational meetings, record decisions, and track owners and deadlines.
  • Find process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations.
  • Support projects and programs that improve operational efficiency, governance, and customer outcomes.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, operations, or a related discipline.
  • More than five years of experience in supply chain, service supply chain, business operations, or a related field.
  • Practical experience managing partner or vendor operations is essential.
  • Program or project management experience is preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of supply chain and service supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and management stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience creating dashboards and management reports is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform well in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
  • Customer- and results-focused approach with close attention to detail.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfort working across countries, functions, and cultures in the APJ region.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
