Tavsif

  • Build and maintain relationships with key client accounts
  • Manage Amazon performance across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P)
  • Turn client goals and strategies into plans for marketplace growth
  • Oversee catalogue and content, pricing, promotions, inventory, availability, operations, and customer experience
  • Review sales, profitability, and marketplace results to spot risks and growth opportunities
  • Resolve Vendor and Seller Central issues with Amazon, clients, and internal teams
  • Prepare and lead client performance reviews and quarterly business reviews
  • Work with eCommerce Operations, Advertising, Content, Technology, and other internal teams
  • Help deliver promotions, product launches, and peak trading periods
  • Find ways to grow client results and expand work across Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Coach and support junior members of the eCommerce Acceleration team

Talablar

  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts, either for a brand or at an agency
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
  • Experience with Vendor Central and a clear understanding of the 1P model
  • Experience managing sales, margin, availability, pricing, catalogue health, and promotions
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to turn data into insights and actions
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Self-awareness, openness to feedback, and motivation to improve
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to prioritise across multiple accounts
  • Confident written and spoken English
  • Preferred: experience with Zalando, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or Allegro
  • Preferred: Amazon Advertising or performance marketing experience
  • Preferred: experience with Excel, Power BI, Helium 10, Keepa, or similar tools
  • Preferred: experience in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Preferred for Manager level: people management, mentoring, or coaching experience
