Tavsif

  • Activate newly won Anthropic-focused client accounts
  • Manage end-to-end account delivery while identifying technical and execution risks early
  • Develop account plans and use-case backlogs for phased AI transformation programs
  • Guide senior client stakeholders on AI and data roadmaps using Anthropic and related technologies
  • Work with Anthropic’s field organization and phData’s Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leaders to develop and close expansion opportunities
  • Run executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap sessions
  • Coach team members while promoting learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Help create internal playbooks, account-planning methods, and repeatable AI and data delivery approaches
  • Distribute best practices and client insights to strengthen engagement and delivery quality
  • Grow Anthropic accounts from initial launch through ongoing delivery and expansion

Talablar

  • Bring 6–10+ years of experience in a hybrid delivery and sales role within consulting or professional services, including service scoping and project-success accountability; alternatively, demonstrate direct ownership of strategic account growth and executive relationships
  • Show experience managing delivery quality and account growth within the same engagement
  • Demonstrate a record of scoping and delivering services engagements valued at $50K–$1M
  • Have built account plans and roadmaps that expanded individual pilots into broader deployments
  • Be prepared to take ownership of an account soon after launch and drive activation and expansion
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and earn trusted-advisor status with CIOs, CTOs, or CDOs
  • Structure complex problems and lead them to resolution in a matrixed organization
  • Travel up to 50% according to client requirements
  • Apply practical AI and data expertise to identify use cases and delivery risks across agentic AI, LLM, and data solutions, including RAG, MCP-style servers, agent orchestration, evaluations, and data architecture
  • Have direct experience with Anthropic Code, Cowork, or Enterprise, or with a comparable LLM or agentic AI platform
  • Preferred: experience converting an AI or data pilot into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program
  • Preferred: experience serving senior technology and business leaders as a trusted advisor on AI and data strategy, roadmap development, and delivery risk
  • Preferred: experience creating formal account plans and use-case backlogs for generative AI or agentic AI deployments
