Opis

  • Partner with Sales to build and sustain relationships across customer organizations
  • Oversee projects to deliver Epicor solutions successfully and on schedule
  • Set account goals and performance measures, then report on progress monthly or quarterly
  • Create and carry out programs aligned with account goals
  • Help resolve high-severity customer requests and escalated issues
  • Oversee contracts, billing, and rebates, and give management time to address renewals and pricing changes
  • Meet with each account at least once per quarter
  • Help customers use Epicor retail products effectively
  • Contribute to the annual operating plan
  • Manage partner accounts and build new retail alliances that create leads and sales opportunities
  • Review strategic accounts to improve customer satisfaction and find opportunities to grow revenue
  • Analyze program trends and recommend actions to management

  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed retail setting
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Bring energy, a positive outlook, and a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate strong organization and project management capabilities
  • Show enthusiasm for the technology industry
  • Manage time well and build effective working relationships
  • Have experience in a fast-paced, high-performance workplace
  • Bring at least seven years of relevant experience and a record of success in retail
  • Have at least five years of specialized experience in the ERP industry
  • Familiarity with Ace or similar Epicor customers is strongly preferred
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience
