Opis

  • Apply instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning principles to address knowledge and performance gaps
  • Analyze, organize, and create learning content and solutions
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, performance support tools, mobile learning, and manuals
  • Assess learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to shape course content
  • Define learning objectives and coordinate performance assessments
  • Keep course materials accurate and relevant
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, proficiency tests, and job performance measures
  • Guide and instruct facilitators
  • Use social media and collaborative tools to support learning
  • Design and organize curricula, training materials, job aids, and programs
  • Assess client needs and determine whether learning solutions are appropriate
  • Help shape department strategy
  • Select technical approaches for project components and objectives
  • Manage moderately complex to complex assignments independently

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Learning and Performance, Education, Performance Consulting, Industrial/Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in adult education or instructional design
  • Previous experience in the learning function at a consumer-focused company
  • Progressive business experience focused on learning strategies and adult learning theories
  • Experience measuring learning solutions and linking them to performance
  • Project management experience
  • Strong written, grammar, and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to continually improving consumer experiences
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment with shifting processes and priorities
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple details and projects at once
  • Ability to move between strategic and hands-on work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Learning and Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field
  • Preferred: Work experience in healthcare or insurance
  • Preferred: Health insurance license, or ability to obtain one within the first 90 days
  • Home internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA information
