Support Xylem customers with Flygt AC product pricing, quotations, orders, and service inquiries from the Pewaukee, Wisconsin office. Coordinate each order from initial inquiry through delivery and invoicing.

Opis

  • Handle orders and provide sales support to internal and external customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
  • Manage orders from pricing and quotations through order entry, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Review customer inquiries and identify or verify parts using original pump specifications.
  • Confirm current part costs and check pattern availability when needed.
  • Set current selling prices in line with established margins.
  • Keep cost and selling price records accurate.
  • Prepare and send proposals to internal and external customers.
  • Check customer orders against proposals for accuracy.
  • Work with Order Management and order entry teams to collect customer details and process orders.
  • Provide backup for order entry staff when needed.
  • Maintain digital customer files containing sales contracts and related records.
  • Provide pricing and availability details, formal quotations, and support before and after orders for Flygt AC products and services.
  • Take on other duties as organizational needs require.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, preferably in a technical field, or at least two years of equivalent customer support experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience providing customer support and assisting with projects.
  • Ability to interpret bills of materials and technical drawings.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of parts pricing.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work with suppliers to obtain quotations and support parts and service proposals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce and customer base.
  • Basic familiarity with SAP ERP.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
