Opis

  • Drive growth across your region and act as Salonkee’s local point of contact.
  • Reach salon owners by phone, in person, or through social media.
  • Understand each salon’s needs during on-site visits.
  • Demonstrate how Salonkee streamlines daily salon operations.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Plan and organize your week independently.
  • Work toward defined targets and develop your skills with manager support.
  • Take part in a Field Day and further interviews during the hiring process.

Zahteve

  • Previous sales experience is not necessary.
  • Background in hospitality, beauty, retail, fitness, events, or another customer-facing field is an advantage.
  • Enjoy meeting and connecting with people over the phone and face to face.
  • Able to engage people and spark their interest.
  • Resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to develop.
  • Organized and methodical in your work.
  • Comfortable using digital tools.
  • Business-fluent to native-level German.
  • Good command of English.
  • Class B driver’s license.
