Food Service Category Management Coordinator
OXXO Brasil is seeking a Food Service Category Management Coordinator for its convenience store network in Brazil. The role covers supplier negotiations, performance analysis, assortment development, pricing, and commercial solutions.
Opis
- Negotiate and track supplier business plans covering assortment, costs, competitiveness, profitability, promotions, payment terms, and inventory turnover.
- Set strategies for product assortment, placement, and pricing.
- Analyze category performance, including COGS, market share, sales, shrinkage, trade funds, profitability, and financial results.
- Create toolkits, operating manuals, and planograms.
- Visit suppliers for technical and commercial discussions.
- Prepare payback analyses for equipment and Food Service solutions.
- Find suppliers and products through sourcing, desk research, and industry trade shows.
Zahteve
- Experience in Food Service, rotisserie, and/or bakery category management, commercial negotiations, and commercial project development.
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Prior category management experience in food, Food Service, bakery, or grocery retail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of quick-service, convenience, artisanal, and on-the-go food trends.
- Experience with retail chains, Food Service, bakeries, or QSRs is a plus.
