  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and other channels.
  • Share accurate information and address customer questions and concerns.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and work toward effective outcomes.
  • Follow up on open issues to support timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve escalated cases.
  • Keep clear records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Spot recurring issues and recommend ways to improve the customer experience.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
