Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist — Sol de Janeiro, New York
Handle invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations for Sol de Janeiro’s accounts payable team. The role also supports supplier onboarding, month-end close, and improvements to AP workflows.
Descriere
- Process supplier invoices in NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP CIM (Ariba), checking accuracy and approvals against company policy.
- Manage invoice workflows and match purchase orders with receipts.
- Run weekly payments, including ACH and wire transfers, through Coupa.
- Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Work with Procurement on supplier onboarding, including verification calls.
- Monitor the accounts payable inbox and answer internal and external questions about invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
- Support month-end close through AP accruals and account reconciliations.
- Identify and help implement process improvements and automation.
- Carry out assigned special projects.
Cerințe
- Know accounts payable best practices and internal controls.
- Have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CIM (Ariba).
- Have experience supporting ERP transitions and new system implementations to help ensure smooth process changes and adoption.
- Use Excel proficiently; pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP are preferred.
- Have experience with OCR or invoice automation tools.
- Be familiar with month-end close processes.
- Bring strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Communicate and work well with others.
- Take ownership, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have hands-on experience with NetSuite and Coupa Treasury.
- Understand the full accounts payable cycle.
