Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiter at Blue Origin

Descriere

  • Source specialized engineering professionals across structural, mechanical, avionics, and electrical disciplines, including security-cleared roles.
  • Identify, interview, and hire talent involved in designing, testing, manufacturing, and launching reusable spaceflight systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leaders at every level.
  • Build sourcing models, talent pools, professional networks, candidate pipelines, and comprehensive search strategies.
  • Align candidate assessments with hiring managers and develop prospects through the recruiting process.
  • Engage prospects, maintain relationships, screen applicants, and conduct interviews.
  • Collaborate with, coach, and support the development of Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders during scoping sessions, weekly meetings, and candidate debriefs.
  • Prepare and contribute to search status reporting.
  • Lead or participate in client update meetings for active searches.
  • Assess the technical requirements of requisitions and the needs of supported business units.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • At least 8 years of technical recruiting experience covering engineering, manufacturing, or IT roles.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise business leaders.
  • Demonstrated success generating leads through varied platforms and sourcing methods.
  • Enthusiasm for Blue Origin’s mission and vision.
  • U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. permanent residency, or lawful admission as a U.S. refugee or asylee.
  • Completion of Blue Origin’s Standard Background Check.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing, space, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, nuclear power, technology, or aviation.
  • Preferred proficiency with Workday.
  • Preferred experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Preferred experience combining agency and corporate recruiting environments.
  • Preferred high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Preferred startup experience.
