Descriere

  • Design and maintain scalable data engineering and analytics solutions
  • Build dependable batch and real-time data pipelines
  • Develop Databricks-based data platforms and cloud workflows
  • Process complex datasets for analytics, reporting, and AI applications
  • Create data models and optimise workflows for scale and performance
  • Connect structured and unstructured data sources
  • Establish data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance practices
  • Partner with data scientists, analysts, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
  • Convert business needs into scalable data and technical solutions
  • Resolve pipeline, processing, performance, and integration problems
  • Improve data architectures and workflows for reliability, efficiency, and cost
  • Help modernise cloud-based data architectures and platforms
  • Create reusable frameworks, components, and engineering practices
  • Support production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Track developments in data engineering, cloud, analytics, AI, and modern data platforms

Cerințe

  • At least five years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, data platforms, or a related technology role
  • Proven ability to design and build scalable data pipelines and processing solutions
  • Practical experience with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, data modelling, ETL/ELT, and distributed processing
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Programming and scripting proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases and large datasets
  • Knowledge of data architecture, integration patterns, performance optimisation, and data quality
  • Experience enabling analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, or AI use cases
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication skills for presenting technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Experience in agile and fast-moving technology environments
  • Ability to lead projects independently from requirements through production implementation
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging data, cloud, analytics, and AI technologies
