Game Artist and Animator

Create visual assets, animations, and visual effects for slot games, taking work from initial concept through production implementation.

Descriere

  • Produce polished game artwork spanning symbols, characters, environments, interfaces, logos, and promotional materials.
  • Build refined animations for symbols, characters, game features, wins, and visual effects using Spine and After Effects.
  • Apply AI tools to develop concepts, mockups, references, and visual directions.
  • Deliver production-ready artwork, animation outputs, sprite sheets, and files prepared for localization.
  • Work closely with artists, developers, designers, and producers across the development process.
  • Refine production workflows and address technical art problems.
  • Develop slot-game experiences from early illustration and concept work through animation and final implementation.

Cerințe

  • At least three years of professional experience as a game artist, animator, or in a comparable role.
  • A portfolio showing illustration and animation work is required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Photoshop, Spine, and After Effects.
  • A strong command of animation fundamentals, including timing, spacing, and appealing motion.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo, Flux, or comparable platforms.
  • Knowledge of game-asset export, optimization, and production pipelines.
  • A technical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot problems and collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Experience in online slots or iGaming is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with technical art work such as sprite sheets, localization processes, asset implementation, and workflow automation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Eastern European slot markets, player preferences, visual styles, and leading-performing games is advantageous.
  • Awareness of current iGaming trends, competitors, and emerging game mechanics is advantageous.
