Support fraud administration across First Central’s motor and home insurance operations. Coordinate referrals, litigation, claims records, supplier activity and investigation support.

Descriere

  • Assign new claim referrals to Operational and Complex Fraud colleagues
  • Coordinate incoming litigation to ensure fraud investigators allocate and progress each case
  • Refer new claims to approved supplier partners
  • Maintain internal management information records at key claims stages for fraud investigators
  • Follow up with suppliers on unpaid invoices and complete debt sheets
  • Escalate urgent actions to team leaders and fraud investigators
  • Request and oversee CRU certificates, notifying the DWP when claims settle or close
  • Assist fraud investigations and Counter Fraud team leaders
  • Follow applicable regulatory, health and safety, company and other relevant standards

Cerințe

  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Experience in the motor insurance sector
  • Background working in a fraud-related environment
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise independently
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to meet regulatory obligations, including TCF, DPA and AML requirements
  • Willingness to follow health and safety policies and company standards and regulations

  • Hybrid arrangement after the first three months, with four home-working days and one office day each week
