Descriere

  • Lead strategic growth activities for the Temperature Sensing & Thermochemical Labels segment
  • Expand sensor portfolio strategies through partnerships and direct market execution
  • Help scale the business segment from $70M to $250M through healthcare and food and beverage cold-chain initiatives
  • Assess opportunities in pharmaceutical and vaccine temperature-monitoring markets
  • Define go-to-market and commercial scaling strategies for priority verticals
  • Develop search and filtering criteria for identifying NGO and pharmaceutical partners
  • Build a pipeline of strategic commercial opportunities through research and networking
  • Prioritize partners and targets with senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Engage selected targets to assess fit and viability
  • Prepare strategy analyses, business cases, and presentations for priority opportunities
  • Present partnership opportunities to senior leadership
  • Integrate complex global partnerships to maximize value and support environmental sensor sales goals
  • Create tactical and strategic plans that align new and existing operations
  • Track post-partnership financial measures to confirm expected synergies
  • Represent Zebra’s values, deliver results, and build effective relationships with senior management
  • Partner with the VP, Strategy and Go-to-Market, to improve the AVS strategic development process and deliverables

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 15 years of progressive professional experience, particularly in strategy, business planning, or management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience managing people directly and building, mentoring, and leading high-performing global teams aligned with business objectives
  • Professional experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or MedTech
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Must work a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remotely from a Zebra office
  • Domestic and international travel is expected
  • Strong technology-sector background, including exposure to smart data capture, advanced sensors, or IoT
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and experience engaging with global health partnerships, international health consortiums, or NGOs
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders
  • Advanced negotiation, persuasion, and partnership-development skills
  • Strong financial expertise, strategic-framework knowledge, and the ability to turn complex data into structured presentations for executives
