Descriere

  • Assess user needs and requirements
  • Recommend implementation options that address user requirements
  • Design end-to-end system architectures
  • Help implement the selected architectures
  • Develop quality, security, and architecture plans and support their delivery
  • Design presentation interface specifications and designs for usability and user experience, then follow through on implementation
  • Gather, transform, and maintain varied data types and datasets across multiple locations
  • Build data models to address defined problems
  • Write scripts and code
  • Help design and implement analytics architecture and its solution stack, accounting for performance, physical design, and capacity
  • Prepare project documentation and coordinate with other teams on cross-project dependencies
  • Collaborate closely with public-sector customers
  • Find profitable opportunities to develop new business
  • Build lasting client relationships and manage client portfolios
  • Track project progress and provide client service and added-value support

Cerințe

  • A master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in statistical computing and data visualization with R, SAS, SPSS, STATA, or equivalent platforms
  • At least 2 years’ experience scripting and programming with Python and JavaScript
  • At least 2 years’ experience in database architecture and query development across SQL and NoSQL technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
  • At least 1 year of experience using Python to collect, clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data with pandas, NumPy, or equivalent tools
  • At least 1 year of experience applying machine learning and NLP to text for information extraction, document classification, clustering, and semantic similarity, using spaCy, scikit-learn, Sentence Transformers, or equivalent technologies
  • At least 1 year of experience using large language models for structured information extraction, classification, and summarization, including prompt development and checking outputs against source evidence
  • At least 1 year of experience evaluating data quality and analytical outputs, including comparisons with human-reviewed examples, error analysis, and documentation of uncertainty and limitations
  • At least 1 year of experience identifying trends and patterns, synthesizing information from multiple sources, and preparing English-language analytical summaries, reports, or briefs with accurate references and clearly presented findings
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics methods and their mathematical foundations
  • Basic knowledge of multivariate analysis and principal component analysis is desirable
  • Strong machine learning and NLP background
  • Expertise in one or more of predictive modelling, forecasting, prescriptive analytics, simulation, sentiment analysis, topic detection, social media analytics, trend and anomaly detection, or recommendation systems is desirable
  • Proficiency with business intelligence, data visualization, and ETL tools such as SAP, BusinessObjects, Tableau, and Talend Open Studio
  • Knowledge of web application architectures, including HTML5, CSS3, APIs, and backend technologies such as .NET/C#, Node.js/Express.js, and Spring Boot/Java
  • Experience with Unix environments and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, containerization, and orchestration using tools such as GitLab and OpenShift
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills
