Descriere

  • Administer community operations in line with governing documents, management agreements, and contracts
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with board members, vendors, and internal colleagues
  • Develop budgets, issue payments on schedule, and finalize monthly financial reports
  • Apply established internal procedures to complete work accurately and on time
  • Participate in and lead meetings both onsite and virtually
  • Visit properties regularly for inspections, meetings, and project supervision
  • Handle administrative responsibilities as required
  • Monitor industry practices and relevant laws, then advise boards on applicable updates
  • Take on other responsibilities assigned to the role

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience managing facilities, properties, or communities
  • Demonstrated strength in customer service
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Word Suite
  • Ability to represent the company consistently and positively
  • Skill in organizing priorities in a fast-paced setting while managing interruptions
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support teammates
